Understanding Your Cremation Options
Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the most difficult moments in a family’s life. We are here to make that process as dignified, transparent, and clear as possible. To help guide you through the options, below is an overview of the cremation services we offer and how we ensure your pet is respectfully cared for every step of the way.
Individual Cremation (Standard for Orchid & Rose Packages)
Individual cremation is the most commonly chosen option in the pet aftercare industry, offering a balance between personal care, traceability, and affordability. Sometimes referred to as Separated, Partitioned, or Divided Cremation, this option guarantees that your pet is respectfully cremated in a dedicated metal container within the cremation chamber. These solid containers prevent co-mingling and fully separate each pet throughout the process - even if other pets are being cremated at the same time. After cremation, only your pet’s cremated remains are returned to you, along with their original TAG ID. This method balances personal care with affordability and is ideal for families who wish to receive their pet's cremated remains back.
Communal Cremation (Standard for the Daisy Package)
In communal cremation, multiple pets are cremated together in a shared space without physical separation. This option does not allow for the return of cremated remains, however it is our guarantee your pet will be treated with care and compassion. Following the process, the cremated remains are respectfully interred in accordance with regulatory guidelines on private property, surrounding our Rainbow Bridge Garden (photographed on our Daisy Package Gallery Page). This is often chosen by families who do not wish to receive cremated remains, but still want a respectful farewell. You may request keepsakes or additional services such as Pawprints and Hair Clippings prior to the animal’s cremation to be returned to you.
Private Cremation
For families desiring a completely standalone cremation without the need for any separation, we offer private cremation by request. In this case, your pet is the only animal placed in the cremation chamber without need for a dedicated container, and the entire process is carried out exclusively. Private cremations are a one-time fee and offered by request only. This option ensures your companion receives one-on-one care in a reserved time slot and is returned with their TAG ID for verification. This premium option provides the highest level of privacy and assurance with a flat rate of an additional $375. Because your pet is the only animal in the cremation chamber during this process, it requires exclusive scheduling and may delay other services.
